The first Lean Coffee for Paid Subscribers will be Friday July 11, 2025 at 14:00 GMT, 10:00 AM ET. (If you aren’t a subscriber, do that now, it’s only $8)

We will start having these once a month and will be talking about whatever the forum decides. Better ways of working, seeing our work, stronger teams, coping with stress at the office, communication. Looking forward to seeing and meeting you all (and seeing some familiar faces).
